Plan classroom duties for the whole school year
Choose from preset classroom duties or add your own. Assign individuals, pairs or teams and rotate responsibilities regularly.
The annual duties matrix gives you an overview of assignments for the whole school year. Planning takes account of the school calendar for your German federal state and skips school and public holidays.
Duties also appear in the SchulKram calendar. You can manually sync the associated dates to Apple Calendar.
Document classroom work
Record homework, progress, participation and observations. Your own criteria and assessment rubrics help you structure the information to suit your teaching.

For clubs, projects and other optional activities, pupils use a QR code to access the registration form and enter their first, second and third choices. You get a clear overview of their preferences by priority.
Set the activities and group sizes
You decide which activities are available and how many places each group has.
Collect preferences directly
Pupils enter their preferences themselves. There is no need to copy them from paper forms.
Receive an allocation suggestion
SchulKram suggests a group allocation that takes available places and preference order into account. You review the suggestion and decide on the final allocation.

Manage your classes, lists and plans locally on your device. These features work without an account.
Registration by QR code is an additional online feature. It lets pupils submit their own preferences. Registration data is processed over the internet for this purpose.
